This policy outlines the privacy practices for Popdock provided by eOne.
In the process of conducting business and providing services to you, we need to collect your personal information. By submitting your personal information to eOne Solutions, you are confirming that you agree to this policy in its entirety. If you do not want personal information collected, please do not provide it to eOne Solutions, but understand that some services cannot be provided without personal information.
eOne Solutions is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third-party applications that are used in conjunction with the Popdock services.
In using Popdock, you acknowledge that your information may be viewed by eOne employees in the United State, Australia, Denmark, and any other countries where eOne operates. Any of the personal information that collected by eOne Solutions is currently processed in the United States.
What information do we collect?
eOne Solutions may collect personal information from you when using the Excel add-in or contacting us via email, chat, or phone. This information may include but is not limited to:

What do we use your information for?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, or use certain other features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested
- To improve our Excel add-in to better serve you
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests
- To quickly process your transactions
- To send periodic emails regarding your subscription
- To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries)
- To provide in product registration and feature activation
- To provide identification and authentication when using the Excel add-in
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
What personal information is shared with the Community?
The Popdock Excel add-in doesn’t not share information with fellow users in the community.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
The Popdock Excel add-in does not install any cookies.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reasons whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service requested.
Is data transferred internationally?
Customer account data collected by eOne Solutions is stored in the United States. The exception to this is subscription information for Popdock. If a subscription to Popdock is setup, that data may be stored in the region the subscription is created from. Data stored by outside applications that are used to assist eOne in the providing of the services, such as our payment processor may store data outside the United States.
How can I access your personal data?
You have the right to know what personal data we have collected and have provided to you, a copy of the information. You also have the right to request for the data to be updated, deleted, or corrected.
You can access and update personal information (such as your name, phone, job title, password and opt-in preferences) that you have provided to eOne Solutions by logging into your account www.popdock.com. This information along with any other personal information collected can also be updated, deleted, or corrected by emailing the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long is personal data retained?
Personal data is retained for as long as it is needed to manage an account that is needed to fulfill the business requirements of the data. If a longer retention timeline is needed to comply with any legal requirements, it will be maintained for that time frame. At a time, we no longer need your personal information for any business or legal purpose, we will delete it.
Is children’s personal information collected?
Popdock’s services are all directed to people over the age of 13 years. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. While, we do not knowingly collect any information about children under the age of 13, we also do not request any information that would signify age. If you feel that we have unknowingly collected any information about a child under the age of 13, please let us know by emailing email@example.com and we will verify and work to delete it immediately.
